The word “pepper” refers to members of the genus Capsicum and makes us think at two flavors: sweet and hot. Originally from Central and South America, pepper was spread worldwide by Spanish and Portuguese sailors. The pepper is found in every kitchen around the world, from Mexico to Thailand, from Congo to India, and in Hungary in Tunisia.
The pepper has special requirements on the heat, humidity and light. Require more heat, slow down and then ceased growth at temperatures below 15 degrees Celsius. Low humidity and lack of light especially when the temperature is raised cause that flowers not be fruitful. Being very pretentious concerning the level of moist during vegetation will be applied 9-10 watering . At first, in the first 2 weeks after planting, when the pepper is little you don’t have to water the plant so the ground don’t become cold, as the weather warms, the number of water systems increases, also it must increase the amount of water in a watering.

With less deep roots, requires a good soil loose, sloppy in the fall and a good fertilizer . Production of peppers can be spread over most of the year as an early production , early summer and autumn. During the cold periods peppers must be sowed under protection – in warm seedbeds , solarium. For fall production, in order to obtain seedlings, seeding is done between March 15 to April 15, in the warm seedbed. The sowing is done in rows at a distance of 5-6 cm and 5 cm at a time. When is sowed in the garden should be removed from the seedbeds with a lot of mud around the roots

For summer and fall crops, peppers are planted at the end of May and early June, after leading up to harvest crops sown early spring. In cold springs, if they delay the vegetation, they must be covered with a protective foil. Planting distance is 40 cm between rows and 30 cm at a time.
Care of the peppers.
The care consists in refine the land and the destruction of weeds, and for raising soil and ventilation. Apply 9-10 watering along the length of vegetation whenever necessary. Don’t wet the peppers within the first 14 days after planting. Apply additional weight gain. The harvesting is done when the peppers reached maturity.
Benefits.
Due to the high vitamin and mineral, chili pepper is known for its beneficial effects on the human body, such as cardio-vascular system and optical system, and are also important for maintaining overall health and hygiene.

Sweet peppers are an excellent source of vitamin C and A, which together two powerful antioxidants that neutralize free radicals. These are the main perpetrators in the accumulation of cholesterol in the arteries and this leads to atherosclerosis, heart disease, nervous system, diabetes, joint pain, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis. Are rich in fiber, which help lower cholesterol and prevent colon cancer, vitamin C and beta-carotene that are beneficial against cataracts.

Onions come from the steppe region of Central Asia and Western, probably from the territory of Afghanistan today. Onions are one of the oldest crop plants, as documented about 5,000 years ago. Also, onion is recognized as a medicinal plant, spice and a vegetable.
If the onions are planted in the field it should be an open space , sunny, well-ventilated. Moreover, the onion does not support much plant leaves which release to much nitrogen in the soil, such as alfalfa. The field must be thoroughly cleaned of Alliums crops for at least four years. The longer this period, the better. Ages of sowing – onion is a crop resistant to cold. In other words, this vegetable can be sown in autumn (late November) before the frost, or in January-February when the land starts to defrost (in early March to late April). If they are sowed early , the better will be used the moisture in the soil .

Preparation and cultivation of the plots
Onions are sensitive to soil structure. Because seeds have direct contact with the substrate of intact soil, the plot should not be deeper than 3 cm. Smoothing is necessary if the soil is too loose.

Culture is produced by early cucumber seedlings, either in pots or in the furrows (seedling cold). Sowing in pots or furrows are made in early March (2-3 Plant seeds or furrow).
Planting seedlings in the field at the beginning of May, at 1 m between rows and 0.5 m at a time.
Also in order to obtain early productions, cucumbers can be grown in greenhouses of tunnel type. Culture summer cucumbers is obtained by sowing them directly in the field, in late April or early May, at a distance of 1 m between rows and 0.6 m at a time. At each nest must be put about 200 grams of manure which have to be mixed well with the ground, then you put at each nest at a depth of 2-3 cm, 4-5 seeds. Sprinkle over a thin layer of 1-2 cm of manure.
You have to note that the land for cultivation of cucumbers should be digging in fall and fattened with manure, 3000-4000 kg to 1000 square meters. Variety: delicacy, Gherkins, , Levin, Lang, Ileana, , Marina. For fall production, which generally is designed to be pickled , seeding is done in furrows at the beginning of July, at a distance of 70/30 cm. The Gherkins variety is usually used for pickles.

How to take care of your cucumbers culture
Care consists in watering, disease control and pests. To obtain higher harvest and of hybrids and some varieties it is necessary that in phase 2-3 of real leaves , to pure a mix of solution in the amount of 250 mg per liter of water. This method enhances the fruit with 50-55%. If the lots of cucumbers are suffocated by weeds or other perennial weeds with rhizomes you will need to use herbicides.

Irrigation . Cucumber require water especially during flowering and formation of the fruit. It should be noted that the cucumber can be soaked from the morning until noon. If you wet the plants in the evening you risk the development of diseases which cause the loss of more than 50% of the crop. May be watered by furrows in the form of the rain. Depending on weather conditions they need watering during 6-10 weeks during vegetation . To keep water in the soil, the soil should be refined after wetting.

Fertilization. Under plowing is necessary to put manure yeast or manure. Mineral fertilizers should be placed in the spring . If fertilizer minerals have been introduced, it is needed some further fertilization.

Diseases and pests. Cucumber is very sensitive to water deficit. To keep the water in the soil you must refined the land as much time at depth of 2-3 cm. If it is possible, watering should be done 2-3 times depending on weather conditions too.

Harvesting ,depends on the type of crop and the level of care .Harvest collection have to be carried out every day or once in two days.
Benefits .Is an excellent base for salads, drinks and have a laxative effect .It dissolves uric acid and, have beneficial effects on the kidneys.

The tomato, Solanum lycopersicum, originates from South America. The first tomato ripped about three thousand years ago under the hot sun of the Peruvian Andes. The first people who have grown this plant in their gardens were the Maya people, and this crop of tomatoes was also spread, reaching today that tomatoes to be known all over the world. The tomato is a herbaceous plant, annual, which grows in temperate climate zones of the world.
Tomatoes are one of the main crop of garden vegetables, both because of relatively easy cultivation and for its fruit, which is a very valuable food that contains meaningful amounts of nutritious substances. In one kilograms of tomatoes are found about 30-40 g sugar, 20-60 grams of vitamin A, vitamin C 20-60 g, 40-50 mg calcium, 20-30 mg of iron.
Tomatoes require more light, especially shelter and greenhouses. They need more food, so they must be planted in fertile soil, natural fertilizer gradually being gained.
Tomatoes grow more by seedling, although it can grow with good results and by direct seeding in the field. Sprout early crop occurs in warm seedbeds , when they are sowed in February. At 2-3 weeks after they come out , when showing the first true leaves, prick out the landing distance of 10/10 cm if you want to get a vigorously sprout and have enough space. Better results may be obtained from the nests or pots frequently fertilized . For summer crops, seeding in the seedbeds is made at the beginning of March. When the danger of late spring hoarfrost passed , from mid-April and by May, you can plant tomatoes in the garden.
How to care for your tomatoes
Tomatoes must be attached by stakes The work is done as the bushes are charged with fruit and become heavier. Binding is done with string, strips of cloth or other textile material, just below the leaves surrounding the stem so that to be enough place to grow fruit.
Breaking shoots raised in primary leaves, is made as soon as they appear, for good fruit development. You can leave the bush sprouts from those that occur near the first cluster of fruit, to increase production.
Watering .It is made at 6-7 days, depending on the degree of dryness of the land. Spring and early summer, tomatoes are wet in the morning, because the land gets warm during the day, and so the plants don’t suffer of cold during the night. During summer, the watering is made in the evening and at night when the soil is cooler. The watering must be done so it can reach the plant roots and not directly on the plant, and the water don’t have to be cold, but be left in the sun to warm up a bit. The land should be fertilize once at 10-15 days from planting seedlings, then at 2 weeks. For this purpose is appropriate to use natural fertilizers such as animal manure (manure bucket 1 thins with water buckets 5), 10-15 liters per 1 sq m, or compost, which is spread among plants and buried in the soil by cultivation.

Benefits of tomatoes
Studies conducted on thousands of consumer revealed the benefits of this plant on the human body, and the results are amazing. The vitamins which tomatoes contain ones are vitamin A (important for eye and endocrine processes), B complex (B1, B2, B5, B6 – protecting the nervous system, skeletal system, metabolism), vitamin C (necessary cardiovascular system, nervous system and endocrine), vitamin E (vitamin of youth and fertility) and vitamin K (important for the synthesis of certain figurative elements of blood). Then, tomatoes contain large amounts of potassium, phosphorus, iron, calcium, magnesium and selenium, and organic acids, the last one having an important role in the digestive system. Also, the tomato is the richest natural source of lycopene, a substance which gives the red color . Unfortunately the lycopene cannot be produced by the human body, so the only source is the diet.
